Q:How do I place an order?

Ans: Once you have accepted your quote, your account executive will work with you personally to set up your log-in information and assist you with the ordering process.

Q:How do I submit files? 

Ans: After your order has been placed then simply upload your high-quality PDF file through your MYPBI account.  

Q:What is your turn-around time?

Ans: Standard turn-around time is 5 working days plus transit time.  We are happy to work with you on short lead times, quick turn-around, and even rush jobs all at a great price.
